1.Instruct lab technicians develop, optimize, validate and perform various biochemical and cell-based assays
2.Design experiments, interpret data and troubleshoot technical problems
3.Work with technicians to perform primary screening assays, secondary/functional assays to support small molecule drug discovery programs
4.Work with technicians to perform biochemical and cell-based assays for biologics drug development
5.Assure the quality, efficiency, and reproducibility of biological assays
6.Review assay results and compose bioassay reports in English
7.Present data at group meetings
8.Assist his/her superior to manage and build the Bioassay platform
9.Other duties as assigned
