职位描述
"Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales, and achieve the yearly sales target;
- Open up new customers and be responsible for sales and marketing promotion (Attract Tenants, Market Research, Identify Potential Tenants, Identify Client Requirements);
- Make market study and review, formulate business forecast, plans and strategy according to the business expansion;
- Develop and maintain good relationship with customer accounts and broker;
- Interface and liaise with both internal departments and local authorities if necessary;
- Supply client support;
- Other tasks as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- University Degree with a major in related field;
- Minimum 6 years sales/leasing experience, at least 3 years logistic leasing & marketing or industrial or commercial real estate experiences, international real estate consulting agency experience (managerial or high experience preferred);
- Possesses good industrial and logistics client contact & relationship;
