"Department:
The RBM is a pivotal role in JLR to improve dealer performance and JLR sales
The Role & Key Responsibilities:
1.Leads a focus on customer loyalty and advocacy
Works with Retailer managers to actively develop a customer-focused culture, which delivers high levels of customer loyalty and advocacy (e.g. NPS, red flags, CRC open cases, mystery shopping, sales process). Champions the Retailer into the NSC.
2.Manages performance
Consults and manages setting, agreement and implementation of dealer targets (retails, market share, sales funnel metrics, wholesales, payments, order call, product mix, stock, demos, dealer profitability), business plans, marketing activities, commercial policies (VDM, VME) and dealer scorecard. Proactively delivers corrective action plans and tracks their performance striving for continuous improvement.
3.Manages vehicle supply to the Retailer
Liaises with order control manager to support the Retailer.
4.Monitors performance against JLR Franc
